Before Installation
We strongly recommend inspecting your hair before install.
If it does not meet your expectations, contact us before altering the bundle or packaging.
Once the bundle packing has been altered or used, the hair is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Washing & Handling
• Always wash using lukewarm water. Hot water can compromise the cuticle layer and cause dryness unless conditioner is applied first.
• Use a sulfate-free shampoo to preserve moisture and maintain the hair’s natural luster.
• Cleanse in a downward motion only. Do not scrub, bunch, or rub the hair together, as this creates friction and tangling.
• When wet, hair is most vulnerable. Avoid brushing unless conditioner is present.
• If detangling while wet, use a wide-tooth comb only and work gently from ends to roots.
Drying & Styling
•Air drying is preferred. Excessive blow drying can swell the strands and dull the finish.
• Once fully dry, apply a light amount of Argan oil to reduce frizz.
• For moisture, use almond or coconut oil sparingly.
• Deep condition or perform a hot oil treatment twice monthly, especially if heat tools or color treatments are used.
• Always apply a heat protectant before styling.
Detangling
• Ensure hair is tangle-free before shampooing.
• Section hair and gently detangle from the ends upward.
• Use a wide-tooth comb only.
• Never use paddle brushes or wig brushes on extensions.
Curly & Deep Texture Care
• Moisturize daily to maintain definition and softness
• Create a hydrating mist with water and leave-in conditioner. Mix in a spray bottle
• Night routine: Braid hair loosely, cover with a satin scarf or bonnet
• Morning routine: Release braids, lightly mist hair from roots to ends, style using fingers only while damp. Never comb dry curls

Russian Blonde & Color-Treated Hair
• Requires enhanced daily moisture
• Hydrate more frequently than natural brown shades
• Always use color-safe, sulfate-free products
• Deep condition regularly to preserve vibrancy
